Firm Governance
The board of Copperfield Advisory is chaired by Jim McCann, who is also the chairman of Clarim Holdings and the founder and executive chairman of 1-800-FLOWERS.COM (NASDAQ:FLWS). Jim is an active investor in Copperfield Advisory via Clarim Holdings. Jim also serves as a director for The Scotts Miracle-Gro Company (NYSE:SMG) and International Game Technology PLC (NYSE:IGT), as well as for several non-profit organizations.
Copperfield Advisory is led day-to-day by its majority shareholder and managing partner, Andy Whitehouse. Andy is an experienced advisor to senior executives and political leaders, having served as chief communications officer for both publicly-traded and privately-held corporations, as chief marketing officer for a public company, and as a UK government policymaker. He serves as a Board member of Copperfield Advisory.
Paul Stamoulis serves alongside Andy and Jim on the Copperfield Advisory board as the firm’s non-executive corporate secretary. Paul is Senior Managing Director and Head of Clarim Holdings, responsible for the origination and execution of its investments, and the development of the Clarim family of companies. Before Clarim, Paul served as a Managing Director and the Global Head of Fixed Income Origination for Scotiabank, as well as a board member of Scotia Capital (USA) and executive committee member for Global Banking & Markets across the US, Latin America/Central America, and the Caribbean.
Yolande Daeninck and Daniel Neely also attend meetings of the Copperfield Advisory board.
